At Bestochem Formulations, I worked as a Product Executive and was responsible for developing marketing plan and driving marketing activities for assigned Ten general and Three focus brands- DORAN-O, BELANO EZ & CV CEF with turnover of 45 Cr. Annually. Following are the details of the work done.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Visual Aid, LBLs, Reminder Cards and Bifold development.
- Selection of inputs for Drs and to prepare input detailing letters for field force.
- To conduct in-clinic marketing activities for focus brands.
- Sales figures analysis and state-wise contribution mapping.
- Provide necessary product training to sales team to enable them to sell the product.
- Regular Field visits with sales team.
- Interaction with the field staff on regular basis to motivate and prepare them to achieve the organization’s mission.
- Achievements
- Got the advantage and honor to manage the top Brands of company in just 1 month.
- Successfully initiated and concluded in clinic promotional activity on Belano EZ with questionnaire and free sampling; total 580 such promotions activities across India.
- Successfully conducted the training session which was a joint project and a new initiative as well for PMT.
