At Bestochem Formulations, I worked as a Product Executive and was responsible for developing marketing plan and driving marketing activities for assigned Ten general and Three focus brands- DORAN-O, BELANO EZ & CV CEF with turnover of 45 Cr. Annually. Following are the details of the work done.
  • Roles & Responsibilities
    • Visual Aid, LBLs, Reminder Cards and Bifold development.
    • Selection of inputs for Drs and to prepare input detailing letters for field force.
    • To conduct in-clinic marketing activities for focus brands.
    • Sales figures analysis and state-wise contribution mapping.
    • Provide necessary product training to sales team to enable them to sell the product.
    • Regular Field visits with sales team.
    • Interaction with the field staff on regular basis to motivate and prepare them to achieve the organization’s mission.
  • Achievements
    • Got the advantage and honor to manage the top Brands of company in just 1 month.
    • Successfully initiated and concluded in clinic promotional activity on Belano EZ with questionnaire and free sampling; total 580 such promotions activities across India.
    • Successfully conducted the training session which was a joint project and a new initiative as well for PMT.
