• To learn the practicality in the field as far as sales, analysis, product knowledge, Doctor Conversation and implementation is concerned.
• Organize doctor meetings, regular camps, patient education programs and participate in the conferences.
• Influence and develop excellent relationship with doctors, dieticians, distributors & stockiest in regular frequency visits.
• Retail audits and mapping of competitor product information and marketing strategy.
• Complete & effective implementation of company strategies.
• On the job training to newly recruited BEs.
• Achievements
• In just 8 months moved to zonal office (Delhi).
• Took part in ISGCON which was organized in Jaipur.
• Arranged diet camps with reputed Drs with the help of dietician.
• Started BB’s business in RGCI Delhi.
